one small suggestion,

please mux individual vob files to each mkv by adjusting the audio delay relative to the video to each vob file

then merge all those into one mkv container

if not, we are getting audio sync issues as you might have used the option -  append all the  vob files,

Hope this helps fix the DTS sync issues with the future files that you post,
